Your first look at Taste of Dublin’s signature dishes ahead of the festival’s return

As Ireland's top chefs make their final preparations for the festival, we got a sneak peak at this year's menu.

2025 marks a significant milestone in the Dublin culinary scene - Taste of Dublin's 20th anniversary.

For the past two decades, the food festival has cemented itself as a highlight of our summer. We struggle to think of a better way to spend a June weekend than with a stroll around a city park, chatting to vendors with a tasty meal in hand.

The 20th anniversary of Taste of Dublin, in association with JYSK, will take place in the beautiful surrounds of Merrion Square from Thursday 12th - Sunday 15th June. 15 restaurants will descend upon the park, including three restaurants making their Taste of Dublin debut - Parrilla, Shaku Maku (pictured above) and Big Fan.

Festival-goers will have their pick of over 70 signature and icon dishes to choose from, but that's not all. The festival will also play host to live music, hands-on masterclasses, chef demonstrations and food-inspired experiences, with SuperValu ambassadors Happy Pear, Gareth Mullins and Sarah Butler all set to swing by,

When your thirst needs quenching, swing by 7UP X Bites by Kwanghi for a 7UP mocktail to pair with chef Kwanghi Chan's flavour-packed dishes.

Every signature dish at the festival is priced at €7, while the icon dishes are between €8 - €12. And, thanks to Mastercard, you won't have to worry about making last-minute trips to the ATM as all restaurants will be contactless.

As the 20th anniversary draws closer, the city's top chefs are adding their final touches onto their signature dishes, and we've been privy to this year's menu.
