With a gorgeous menu of tipples to choose from and delicious food from The Salt Project, the most recent addition to Dublin's cocktail scene has justly warranted its spot on our list of foodie things to do this summer.
The Roe & Co Cocktail Garden opens its doors this weekend and it will be mixing delicious cocktails all summer long. Pop by and see it for yourself - it will be open walk-up style Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to 8pm. And, thanks to the sunroof, this little spot will be undeterred throughout the unpredictable weather of an Irish summer.

The Space
Set on the grounds of the award-winning Roe & Co Distillery on St James’s Street, the Cocktail Garden is a relaxed, beautifully designed space, perfect for sunny catch-ups, pre-dinner drinks, or a casual date. This well-loved cocktail garden continues to be a standout in Dublin’s vibrant drinks scene and it’s serving up even more reasons to visit this summer.
The Cocktails
The folks at Roe & Co know their way around a cocktail, and that's evident from the drinks menu, which includes a F-Roe-Zen Irish Coffee, a Red Berry F-Roe-Zé and a Grain & Grapefruit.
The Food
The Roe & Co Cocktail Garden invites guests to pair their drinks with delicious bites from The Salt Project, one of the country’s most exciting food experiences. Simply order from the airstream and enjoy signature croquettes, reimagined Dublin coddle, or crispy boxty in no time, all served fresh and full of flavour.
