Running the Marathon? Here’s where you can get a free sauna afterwards

You've put in the work, you've smashed the route and now it's time to unwind.

Marathon runners, we are simply astounded by you. Your dedication, your courage and your commitment to taking on this behemoth of a challenge is awe-inspiring. Whether you're walking or running, you can bet we'll be on the sidelines, cheering you on, every step of the way.

Once you've crossed the finish line, take a moment to relax and soak up that well earned sense of pride. To celebrate your incredible achievement, the folks at Burger King are treating you to something special as part of its "Whopper of a Finish" campaign.

Burger King is inviting runners to join them at Saunos Dublin in Ballsbridge to unwind with a 45-minute sauna and cold plunge session. Runners can even bring a friend along with them. All bookings admit two people and include a complimentary treat for each guest.

Burger King is providing a complimentary shuttle bus from Sussex Road Taxi Rank, beside the Clayton Hotel, directly to Saunos Dublin in Ballsbridge. Changing rooms, showers and lockers will be available on-site.

Sessions take place at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm, with strictly limited availability. Advance booking via Eventbrite is essential.

Burger King's celebration of marathon runners doesn't end with the sauna session. Burger King is rewarding marathon finishers with a FREE Whopper or Plant-based Whopper on Sunday, 25th October, when they present their official marathon finisher medal at participating restaurants between 12pm and 8pm.

Finally, on Bank Holiday Monday, 26th October, runners can also enjoy a Buy One Get One Free Whopper offer at selected restaurants by presenting their medal.
