Here at Lovin Dublin, we love quirky experiences and unique things to do. So this Roaring Twenties-themed party is right up our street.
Think jazz, jives and glamour suitable for Gatsby himself.
The acclaimed UK party concept ‘Best Parties Ever‘ is set to return to Dublin this winter, turning Dun Laoghaire Pier into a 1920’s speakeasy and with mixed group and exclusive nights, it’s ideal for your work Christmas party, or a festive get together with your mates.
Taking place from November 30th to December 21st, each night will include spectacu-roar entertainment including jazz performers, live acrobats, aerial flapper dancers, themed bars, an authentic 1920’s Cadillac and even a casino where you can live out your best 1920s fantasy.
In 2018, the parties attracted over 17,000 guests over just 20 nights, so it's safe to say it was a roaring success last year.
So, what will the night look like?
Well, the speakeasy opens at 6.45pm, where there will be some fabulous live entertainment to transport you back to this glamorous era.
Then you’ll make your way to the Chicago-themed underground dining room where the culinary delights will begin with hot and cold canapes. After that, you’ll enjoy a trapeze performance, an aerial hoop performance and a hand-balancing act while tucking into a delicious three-course dinner.
Even the dessert promises to be entertaining with interactive dessert stations, a cheese cafe and coffee bar among the options.
An illicit casino will open after dinner where you can test your Blackjack and Roulette skills. If gambling isn’t your thing why not have a go on the dodgems.
Just like the 1920’s, the party is set to go on until the small hours so it’s good to hear there will be a Survivor’s Breakfast served up at midnight for those who might have worked up an appetite on the dancefloor.
