There’ll be time to take a photo with the main man before moving along to Santa’s Magical Alpine Potting Shed to plant a keepsake bulb in recycled paper using super-fuelled soil from the Estate’s recycled food waste. Then, the little ones can take their handiwork home and watch as their plants grow and blossom.
After that, kids can drop into The Elves’ Kitchen to enjoy a fun-filled chocolate fondue and creamy Jersey milk. Meanwhile, grown-ups can indulge in a delicious homemade chocolate treat and a mulled wine in the Claus Cafe.
You can also take a twirl on the Victorian carousel, enjoy face painting and arts and crafts, plus get the chance to meet the Estate’s baby animals and play plenty of family games, which is all included in the ticket price.
And the fun doesn't finish there. After you've done that, you can then have a go on the Victorian carousel!
And the festive fun isn't exclusively for kids. Because Airfield also makes for the ideal Christmas lunch spot or night out.
At the award-winning Overends Kitchen on the Estate, you can enjoy seasonal, organic and sustainably-sourced food and drinks - a perfect option if you’re in charge of planning that Christmas lunch or night out.
Or maybe you just want to do something different with your best pals over the festive season. With prices starting from just €25 per person, be sure to check out their website or follow them on social for booking details.

As Airfield does everything with sustainability at the forefront of their minds, a Christmas visit there will showcase how the festive season can be done without the use of plastics and glitter.
Think upcycling decorations, natural decorative features, leftovers recipe ideas, wastepaper art installations and ideas for alternative gift-wrapping. The elves' costumes will even be constructed from charity shop materials, and the children’s gifts will be ethically sourced with reduced packaging and presented in reusable cloth bags.
And if you're stuck for Christmas present ideas, an annual pass to Airfield Estate is a really good, sustainable gift idea.
