Dinner Party Checklist: Seven Things You Can Buy In IKEA To Throw A Feast For Friends

Here's a wild idea: throw a dinner party at your place this week!

Now before you mentally protest, just ask yourself one little question: why not? See, you don't even have a good reason not to!

Let's examine all the benefits. The company of friends? Lovely. An extravagant meal? Delightful. An excuse to dress up and act like a fancy adult?! Sounds fantastic!

You don't need an excuse to celebrate the everyday — but you do need to make certain preparations to make sure it all goes according to plan.

That's where IKEA comes in, providing you with all the bits you'll need to throw a dinner party to impress.

You're going to need...

SENSUELL — €45

If you're unaccustomed to serving large groups of people then you've probably never needed particularly large pots, but they're kind of a necessity for these dinner party things.

Make a sound investment in a hefty 5.5l stainless steel pot so you can be safe in the knowledge that your guests won't be going hungry.
