Let's be honest, there is so much noise around first-time buyers, the housing market and getting onto the property ladder.
It's only natural to be a little confused.
That's why we've teamed up with AIB to bring you the Livin Dublin hub - a place where all the most relevant information for First Time Buyers is housed.
Here, we'll be shining a light on the most up and coming areas in Dublin to consider buying a home, opening up possibilities and making the whole journey a little bit easier.
With that in mind, AIB and Lovin are hosting a series of informative events for anyone who's on the house-hunting journey - whether you're knee deep in it all or just starting out. We're also throwing in a delish brunch to keep you guys going - happy days.
The fourth event in the series focuses on Dublin 8 and takes place in the Tasty8 on Meath Street on Saturday November 17th from 10:00am until 12:00pm.
There are only 50 places available for each brunch and here's what you'll be getting once you're signed up:
The buying process will be made easier as you're given the opportunity to ask all the questions that have been festering in the back of your mind. We'll also have our local ambassador for the Dublin 8 area on hand to tell you everything you need to know about the area.
Speakers will be 'Home of the Year' judge Hugh Wallace, co-director of Clancon Build Joe Clancy, interior designer Jackie Carton, Area Ambassador Eoin O’Shaughnessy and a specialist AIB Mortgage Advisor. On top of that, there will also be team of AIB Mortgage advisors on hand to answer all your questions.
