Trying to sum up Dublin’s new restaurants this year is like trying to finish a Guinness without taking a picture of it first— inconceivable.

We always knew Caribou would be a winner. From the pitch perfect team that brought us Kodiak and Bonobo anyone who knew the significance of them taking over from Pmacs knew this was going to be a little bit of a homecoming for the team. What no one really expected was for them to do more than pizza. And they did MUCH more than pizza. Their rotating menu of seasonal dishes willl keep you coming back and the Sunday Roast is knock your socks off levels of nom.
