There's no doubt that the easier it is to help others, the more likely we are to do it.
With this in mind, homelessness charity Focus Ireland has introduced a genius way for Dubliners to make a donation to the charity.
A new installation is now in place on Sir Rogerson Quay, allowing passersby to use contactless payment to donate €10 to the organisation's work.
The #ShineALight campaign is a really clever and innovative way to encourage the public to dig deep ahead of the cold winter months so it's well worth a stop if you're in the area.
