The Guards Caught Someone Who Parked Illegally To Buy Chips And They Took Piss Brilliantly

The Gardai have great craic on their Twitter account, sometimes taking the time to reveal the lighter side of crime fighting.

In their latest gas entry, the protectors of the peace came across an illegally parked vehicle, with closer inspection revealing that it was also sorely lacking in insurance, NCT and tax, leading to the seizure of the vehicle.

It all came about because the driver had stopped to grab himself a quick bag of chips – so of course the guards couldn't resist taking the piss.
