God bless anyone who's ever been apartment hunting in Dublin in recent times.
Queues are nuts, rent is INSANE and if you even get a response from the person advertising the gaff – you're doing well.
House-owners often make their potential tenants jump through hoops in order to even be considered for the role of over-priced house-sharer.
But, this one takes the biscuit.
