


Take Back The City, a group protesting the homelessness crisis in Dublin, has stated that a minimum of five activists have been arrested following the removal of occupiers of a Frederick Street building earlier this evening. Another activist has been hospitalised 'having sustained Garda injuries', the group added.

Protesters have since marched to Store Street Garda station where they are holding a rally in solidarity with those arrested.

Around 7.30pm, those occupying the building were removed by men wearing balaclavas. Armed Gardaí were at the scene.
