‘No Free Salad Is Worth This’: The Queues At Chopped On Grafton Street Right Now Are INSANE

Earlier on, we told you that Chopped would be giving away free salads today, to celebrate the opening of its new Grafton Street store.

And it seems you listened – because the place is absolutely RAMMED right now.

Retired MMA fighter Cathal Pendred, who is involved in the franchise, tweeted the below picture that shows how the queue has taken up pretty much the entirety of Lower Grafton Street.

Even the beloved and much-missed chicken rolls of Maguire's, which used to stand on this site, never quite managed to snag crowds like this.

Lovin Dublin's Seán Kenehan is currently on the scene, and has summed up what thousands of others are probably thinking:

The free salads will be up for grabs until 1pm, and the salads will then be half-price for the rest of the day.
