In light of Leo Varadkar's fan letter to Kylie Minogue, we should probably hold off on inviting famous people to Dublin for a while.
However, with our gushing Taoiseach at a safe distance in Paris meeting French President Emmanuel Macron, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg has landed in Dublin without fear of Leo penning an invitation for tea and sandwiches at Government Buildings.
Zuckerberg arrived in the capital to meet with TDs Hildegarde Naughton, James Lawless and Eamon Ryan to discuss issues such as social media regulations, cyberbullying and transparency in advertising.
This afternoon, the billionaire was seen arriving at the Merrion Hotel amid a media scrum but unfortunately for the gathered press people he didn't stop for a chat.

Facebook currently has an office in Dublin city centre as well as a data centre in Clonee, Co. Meath.
