Man In Serious Condition After Being Attacked With Scissors At Mountjoy Prison

A man is said to be in a serious condition in hospital this afternoon, after being attacked with a scissors at Mountjoy Prison.

According to The Sunday World, Thomas Fox was stabbed in the head and another man was also injured in the incident.

Fox, who has since been taken to the Mater Hospital, is being held at the prison after being charged with the murder of Gareth Hutch in January.

The second man sustained stab wounds to the back but his condition is not said to be life-threatening.
