Weekends are always big in the city centre. And with the weather set to be so nice, there's no end to what people might get up to.
There are also quite a few events kicking off this evening that may add to the traffic, commotion and chaos that is Dublin on a Friday night - but, don't fret, as we're here to tell you where you should avoid, and where is safe to party on...
So, first thing's first:
Yes, you heard right - The comeback king, Craig David is gracing the stage of the 3Arena this very evening at 8pm. People are coming from far and witness the fitness, and so traffic will be absolutely mental from about 6ish, just to bear that in mind.
Europe's largest private party hits Dublin city centre this very afternoon, with a high volume of tuxedos, blow-dried hair and full glitter outfits expected to take over town from bout 4pm onwards.
The ball itself doesn't start until about 9pm, but expect to see several pre-drinks and frantic last minute ball prep going on around town from lunch time.
Another fresh band of Irish hopefuls, set for stardom and nothing else, will be lining up in their thousands outside Stephen's Green Shopping Centre to try to grab their fifteen minutes of fame with both hands.
Auditions started yesterday, but the powers-that-be are expecting a much bigger flow of people, from all over the country, to hit Dublin 2 this weekend, armed with big dreams and bigger sob stories.
And, finally...
Going on throughout the night, The Masters will be showing in Dublin pubs to dedicated fans until the wee hours.
All eyes will be on Irish men Shane Lowry and Rory McIlroy, who are both in contention after good starts on day one.
So, there you have it.
