An American convicted paedophile is due to arrive in the Dublin city centre from the US today, for a month-long visit.
According to The Irish Sun, William J Heyduck will be staying on Amiens Street throughout his time in Dublin. This information is known because as part of his travel arrangements in America, Heyduck has to notify the authorities about the street name on which he plans to stay.
The 40-year-old has served out a sentence in the States for his crimes, but may now still pose a threat to the more vulnerable members of society.
The Missouri native was arrested following a three-hour journey he made to meet a 15-year-old girl in the US to give her 'lessons' on sex acts.
He was convicted of statutory rape.
Prior to his trip, a bulletin was sent out to every Garda station in the country, warning offers to remain on high alert while the offender resides in the country.
