Dublin’s Ilac Centre Set For €1.5m Redevelopment

The Ilac Centre is to get four new outlets as part of a €1.5m investment in the shopping centre.

The Henry Street facility will welcome BB's Coffee & Muffins, as well as book retailer The Works and a sports nutrition store, So Nutrition.

Specialist catering equipment retailer Nisberts will also open a 5.554 square foot premises in the centre.

The redevelopment will be completed by summer 2017 and forms part of wider plans by owners Hammerson and Irish Life to improve the tenant mix at the Ilac Centre.

The city centre mall had footfall of 17.8m people last year and is home to 85 retail and catering units, including H&M, River Island, and Argos.

New brands introduced to the centre in recent months include Tiger, Paese Cosmetics and Chopped.
