It appears as though Storm Emma has turned society absolutely mad.
There's reports of looting at Lidl City West near Fortunestown earlier this evening and that the Irish army are attending the scene as Gardai were dealing with other incidents.
Authorities are currently clearing the roads with a snow plough to make way for the Gardai.

During a period of huge pressure on frontline services, the criminal behaviour including looting & the use of stolen machinery in West Dublin this evening is putting both property & lives in grave danger. The culprits involved must be arrested & feel the full force of law.
