It's one of Dublin's most up-and-coming areas but unfortunately, the house prices in Stoneybatter are up-and-coming too.
Still, if you have the cash to splash on a house in the gorge D7 neighbourhood, this two-bedroom on Viking Road is definitely worth a look.
