When Number 39 Suir Road went on the market in 2015, it caused a pretty big fuss in the media.
Now it's up for sale again and we think the Kilmainham home deserves a second look.
It might not look like much from the outside, but inside the three-bed has undergone renovations to beat the band.

It's on the market for €395,000. Pretty steep for a small house, but good value considering the current climate.
