Sometimes houses are just so spectacular and perfect that you can't actually believe they're real. Like, surely an actual earth human doesn't get to live here?
But they do. The lucky fuckers really do.
We spotted probably the most incredibly located house in the entire country, and you'll find this beaut right on the cliff in Howth, Dublin.
Nestled between the dramatic backdrop of the East Mountain and the rugged coastline, the 4-bed, 4-bath property boasts panoramic sea views towards Ireland's Eye and Lambay Island which are simply breath-taking.
All the living areas have full sea views, with the gaff layout consisting of entrance hall with guest bathroom and storage area, living room, dining room, lounge, kitchen/breakfast room with pantry and a bright and airy sun lounge.
Gorge.
On the lower lever there are three bedrooms with master en-suite, a family bathroom, study and large games room/fourth bedroom.
Colours are all classic and the amount of light and brightness shining through those sea-view windows is legit blowing our minds.

The outdoor spaces take full advantage of the incredible views with a terrace off the living room and two separate patio areas that are screaming our names to pop over with all our mates for a big blow up and a BBQ.
Can you imagine having a summer soiree here?!
We don't think we'd ever leave this not-so-humble abode if we had the chance to move in.
