No doubt about it, Donnybrook is a pretty sweet place to live, and it would be even sweeter if we could afford to buy a place like this.
Number 6 Eglinton Park is on the market for a whopping €1.3m, but boy is it pretty.
There's a massive open-plan living area/kitchen as well as a second sitting room with a lovely fireplace feature.
But our favourite thing about it is the landscaped garden - imagine having your breakfast out here in the summer!
