The Grand Canal Docks area of Dublin is growing at a serious pace these days, packed with international companies like Facebook, Google and Accenture, as well as lots of new local businesses. 

With so many highly paid folks working in the area it was inevitable there would be a need for some high end living spaces, and that's exactly what this new penthouse is.
