The place is a scarcely believable c.37 sq m which is technically classed as smaller than a studio apartment, but they've really made the most out of this "house"...

The high ceilings have been used to help it feel a lot bigger than it actually is...

It's probably best to only invite the one friend over for dinner though, because things could very quickly start to get a little cramped...

And it isn't going to suit somebody who is much taller than 6 foot...
