What panto is taking place this year?
For this year's Gaiety Panto, audiences will be taken on a magic carpet ride to the world of
Aladdin.
What's the plot?
The mystical 'Cave of Desire' holds the magic lamp that can only be recovered by one of true heart. Aladdin is tricked into retrieving it and meets the awesome 'Genie of the Lamp' who makes his wishes come true.
When does the 2019 Gaiety Panto take place?
The 2019 Gaiety Panto takes place from Sunday November 24 2019 until Sunday January 5 2020.
Who is taking part?
Aladdin will be played by West End talent Julian Capolei while Princess Jasmine will be played by Suzie Seweify. Other roles will be fulfilled by Joe Conlan (Widow Twankey) and Nicholas Grennell (Abanazer).
How much are tickets?
Tickets for the 2019 Gaiety Panto start at €19.50 and are available from
Ticketmaster or the Gaiety Theatre box office.
How do I get to the Gaiety Theatre?
The Gaiety Theatre is located on South King Street in the city centre, just a couple of minutes walk from the St. Stephen's Green Luas stop. The area is also served by numerous Dublin Bus routes.
