Leonard Cohen may have passed away in 2016 but his incredible musical talents mean that his legacy will live on forever.
Over a career that spanned 60 years, the Canadian musician wowed audiences with his vast array of timeless albums and mesmerising live performances and if you were never lucky enough to catch him in action, you can get a pretty decent imiation in Dublin next year.
Bird On The Wire - The Songs of Leonard Cohen is a show featuring Pauline Scanlon and The Whileaways, a 10-piece collective who specialise in interpreting the music of one of the greatest songwriters of all time.

Scanlon is a successful solo artist who has also featured as a vocalist with the Sharon Shannon Band while The Whileaways are made up of Noelie McDonnell, Noriana Kennedy and Nicola Joyce. The group is completed by Will Merrigan on bass, Dave Clancy on keys, Beoga legend Eamon Murray on drums, together with strings and brass sections.
