We're halfway through the weekend and plenty of Dubliners will be fretting about going back to work tomorrow. If you're one them then we've got the perfect solution- jazz.
Nothing stirs the soul like enjoying your favourite hot drink to the backdrop of some mellow jazz tunes and if you're in agreement then the Tram Café of a Sunday afternoon is the place for you.
For the past 13 months, the Wolfe Tone Square coffee shop has been hosting a rotation of duo acts performing a mix of jazz, soul, blues and bossa nova music. Today's performance will be brought to you by Brazilica, which you can probably guess is a Dublin-based Brazilian duo.
Made up of Luisa Moreira and Johnathan Santos, the pair perform all of the aforementioned genres, tinged with a little Brazilian flavour and if you're in the area today they will be well worth checking out.
There is free admission into the event and it takes place from 2,30pm until 5pm. Great music, great food and great drinks. What more could you ask for?
