Anyone who has tried yoga will know all about its many benefits but for anyone who hasn't, there's a great opportunity to change that this month.
Yoga Parties has announced that it will be hosting a yoga brunch with all proceeds from the event go to Temple Street Children's Hospital. Set to take place on Sunday October 20, the morning will consist of a 'Hatha Yoga class in the beautiful Glass House' located in House Dublin on Leeson Street and after the workout, participants will be treated to a 'sumptuous brunch in one of Dublin's finest lounges.'
The best part is that while you're enjoying a lovely morning of food and activities, you'll be helping out a very worhty cause.
