Meet Bill Healy, a 67-year-old Dubliner who works harder at the gym than you ever will.
Bill Healy: The 67-Year-Old Powerlifter is a short documentary made by Mark Coughlan and Jonathan McCann. It was shot Hercules Club on Lurgan Street and examines the life of the sexagenarian bodybuilder.
Weighing only about 80kgs, Healy was 18 times weight lifting world champion and has garnered over 100 world records. Right now he's capable of doing a 235kg squat, 147.5kg bench, and 242.5kg deadlift.
