Do you ever find yourselves browsing property sites and daydreaming about where you might one day live? Same.
In one of our recent browsing sessions we stumbled upon this little gem on Dowth Avenue in Cabra. At a casual glance it doesn't appear exceptional, but once you step through that front door it's a different matter entirely.
The interior boasts a slick modern decor, with semisolid ash hardwood flooring throughout the living/dining area, which uses a wood burning stove as its main focal point.
If you were to peek into the kitchen you’d find natural limestone flooring complete with underfloor heating, fitted out with modern furnishings and a large skylight. The house also comes with three bedroom upstairs, two doubles and a single.
The professionally landscaped back garden is an added bonus, with its black limestone patio, ample outdoor lighting and Cedar seating surrounded by lush greenery. A grand spot for an auld BBQ.
Take a look inside for yourself…
Well that puts our gaff to shame, anyway – we can see where that price tag of €325,000 is coming from.
