Ballybrack is a leafy suburb of south Dublin that is primely located for those sea and mountain views.

1. It's right by the sea
Ballybrack lies just south of Killiney, meaning these spectacular views are only a short distance away.
2. Ample sport and fitness facilities
Whether you want to keep fit or enjoy the social aspect of team pursuits, Ballybrack has everything you're looking for.
The area is home to Ballybrack FC and Ballybrack boxing club while there are a number of GAA clubs nearby including Cuala and Foxrock/Cabinteely.
The Ballybrack Bulls wheelchair basketball club can also be found in the area.

3. It's close to the M50
Worried you'll be cut off from Dublin's main transport routes? Fear not.
The M50 can be reached from Ballybrack in under 10 minutes while Dublin Airport is just over half an hour away.
As well as being easily accessible by car, Ballybrack is served by a number of Dublin Bus services in and out of the city.
Killiney DART station also lies nearby as does the Cherrywood Luas stop.
4. Great shopping
Ballybrack shopping centre is a-one-stop-shop, with a massive Tesco, an O' Brien's, a health store, coffee shop, off-license and butchers.
You're also just minutes away from Killiney shopping centre which has a SuperValu and the famed Graduate Pub.
5. Quando Pizzeria
A hidden gem of south Dublin and a local favourite. The owner and head chef grew up in Northern Italy and brings authentic Italian fare to the village.
6. There are so many great walks nearby
Ballybrack is perfectly located near some of the best walking routes in Dublin.
Equidistant between the sea and the mountains, you can sample some of the city's most enviable views every day of the week.
7. The Igo Inn
A beautiful spot to chill outside when the sun is shining and the inside is just as impressive.
Arguably the best food in Ballybrack can be found here as well as regular live music sessions.
