Get ready for a new standard of living
Living in a city can at times be isolating. It can feel like there is a lack of social spaces to chill and meet people.
Fostering genuine connection with people in an age where people are so engrossed in their phones can be difficult.
Enter Liberties House.
Liberties House is ushering in a brand new way of living which focuses on the importance of having spaces to share with your neighbours in order to mingle and get to know them.
Located in the Liberties, it offers fully furnished private studio apartments alongside high-quality shared spaces to help create a lifestyle that balances privacy with connection.

Designed for young professionals, those living in Liberties House can expect shared spaces such as a fully equipped gym and fitness studio with free classes, private cinema, co-working areas and social spaces.
These are the perfect spots to mingle and meet those living in your area, meaning upon moving you can instantly feel a part of the community.

What's even better is all these amenities, along with all bills such as WiFi and utilities, are all included in your monthly rent so you know what you're paying every month.
Liberties House is also championing local artists.
Sean Atmos, a multidisciplinary artist and designer from Dublin, provided murals for the walls in Liberties House. His bold geometric artwork infuses the space with a feeling of both movement and clarity.
Rachel Tuffy, a designer, artist and educator, specialised in weaving also provided artwork. Tuffy’s Ode to Weaving can be seen hanging from the walls of Liberties House. Ode to Weaving is a series of tapestries honouring the history of weaving in the Liberties in Dublin 8. The pieces were created in collaboration with Botany Weaving Mill, based less than 500m from Liberties House.
Outside of the complex, you are only a stone's throw away from the city centre.
With Dublin at your doorstep, Liberties House is a prime location for anyone working in and around the city centre.
Regardless of if you're new to Dublin or just the Liberties, this is a way of living which is both comfortable and connected.
