That's what you'll hear as you stroll into the tiny seafood mecca that is Klaw in Temple Bar.
They'll be celebrating their second birthday this coming July and if you haven't called in to try it yet, then wtf are you at like?
I have been waiting with bated breath to try their new menu since hearing about it.
And I wasn't disappointed.
From the chill atmosphere to the natural banter amongst staff – you could happily spend an hour relaxing on a high stool and enjoying reliably delicious food in Klaw.
Starting with oysters, which I can promise you are 100 times less terrifying than you would think if you've never tried them, there are plenty of options.
I strolled into Klaw with less than a pep in my step and a slight hangover last week, so when oysters were suggested a shiver ran down my spine.
But would you believe that oysters are officially The Cure, in my eyes. And that this is, indeed, backed up by science, like every other genius discovery I have ever made.
Oysters contain more zinc than any other food and in turn can reduce the severity of any hangover.
Win-win.
Klaw's oysters hail from Galway, the Flaggy Shore and Dooncastle – and each one is entirely unique.
If the thought of a plain one makes you feel queasy but you still wanna try one, then the world is quite literally your oyster because owner, Niall Sabongi, has come up with some incredible toppings.
From Korean kimchi (the best in Dublin) and fresh coriander to garlic butter, bacon, spinach and parmesan – all blow torched in front of you until sizzling.
We also tried their new bouillabaisse and it did not disappoint – the perfect lunch on a cold Dublin day. The delish tomato soup was packed with prawns, muscles and massive chunks of fresh fish and topped with some baguette.
And leaving the best for last: the rolls.
I've tried their traditional lobster roll before, but nothing could've prepared me for how good these two new rolls are.
Starting with the California Crab Roll (€14.50), which we shared between two. A crispy, toasted roll stuffed with delicious, fresh, salty crab meat with cucumber and mixed greens.
So refreshing and light but filling at the same time. The rolls come served with some tortilla chips and perfect pickles.
And the show-stoppper? The Samurai Prawn Roll (€14).
Same toasted roll but filled with pickled ginger and cucumbers, massive prawns coated in a delicious mayonnaise and topped with chilli powder and sesame seeds. Again, served with the same tortilla chips 'n' pickles – the perfect accompaniment.
That roll is a meal in itself, it's massive.
I was stuffed after devouring all of the above but up next on my Klaw bucket list are:
At €120 I will be saving up all month for this one.
Probably should've tried this one first. But sure look.
