We all have our own ideas of what makes the very best Christmas stuffing.
But now we finally have a stuffing recipe that can unite us all.
And isn't that what Christmas is really about?
In a large pan sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat until soft. Chop the herbs and then add them to the pan, along with the butter. Allow the butter to melt and stir in the breadcrumbs.
Add the pine nuts, cranberries and sea salt. Stir through off the heat.
Top tip alert: Place the stuffing into the oven in a casserole tray to crisp for 8-10 minutes before serving.
