Just when you think coffee can't possibly get any better, think again.
This creamy and indulgent affogato will turn any coffee break into a real treat. Christmas guests will be super impressed, and it's quick and easy for you to make - win win!
Put two scoops of soft vanilla ice-cream into the bottom of a glass.
Gently pour over freshly brewed coffee, making sure to cover all of the ice-cream.
Sprinkle over a handful of crushed biscotti pieces, and finish off with the chocolate shavings on top.
Serve immediately, mixing the coffee into the ice-cream as you drink, and enjoy!
We recommend serving it with an extra biscotti on the side for tasty dipping.
