Ugh – The Weather In Dublin Is Gonna Be Seriously Miserable Today

If you were planning to head out and seize the day with a leisurely stroll along Dun Laoghaire Pier, you might wanna get out there before the afternoon.

Met Eireann predict that rain showers will extend to all of Leinster by this afternoon, and that they "will be heavy with a risk of hail and thunder."

Showers will continue all night (so bring that jacket if you're heading out!), and it will be cold with lowest temperatures of 2 to 4 degrees with a touch of grass frost in places.

As if we needed an excuse to stay in and chill out...
