If you've ever had a Skype interview, you'll be aware of their awkwardness.
As you sit at home looking formal from the waist up only, trying to show respect for a person whose hand you can't shake (and it's really not advisable to try), while having to endure the inevitable connection problems. Don't even get us started on noisy flatmates.
