Enter, Strawberry Vanilla IPA
Rascals Brewing Co. is at it again, with a Strawberry Vanilla Shake IPA made in collaboration with Idlewild bar on Fade St, Dublin.
Velvety and rich, this is a down-to-earth IPA, which starts out with notes of strawberry and vanilla and is full bodied thanks to the wheat and oats. It’s sweet and creamy, brewed with lots of Citra and Mosaic hops to boost the fruit strawberry milkshake effect.

Sample it on draught this Thursday, April 13 at Rascals’ Holy tap takeover, The Last Sup at 57 The Headline in Dublin, where they’ll be serving their Strawberry Vanilla Shake IPA and some old favourites.
