Grand Canal Dock Is About To Get Yet Another Swanky New Building

The construction of a brand new building has just begun on Hanover Quay.

'The Reflector' is set to become a new office, residential and retail outlet with 125,000 square feet of Grade A space in the fast expanding Grand Canal Dock area.

The development is expected to cost €100 million and will boast 75m of water frontage. 

As well as offices for over 1,000 workers, the building will include 40 1-3 bedroom apartments and a single retail-come-restaurant unit.
