Gardaí Urge Motorists To Avoid M50 As Collision Leads To ‘Severe Traffic Delays’

Gardaí have asked motorists to avoid the M50 if at all possible this morning after a collision led to 'severe delays'.

The incident occurred southbound between junction 13 and junction 14 Sandyford and several units of Dublin Fire Brigade are at the scene.

Gardaí have also requested that onlookers move along as they are contributing to volumes.

According to AA Roadwatch, 'traffic on the M50 southbound is very slow from before J13 Ballinteer to J14 Leopardstown Rd where there is a serious crash blocking the left lane and hard shoulder.'
