In 2020, UEFA's quadrennial festival of football will land on Irish shores for the first time. The European Championships will go against tradition when it takes place across 12 countries rather than the usual one or two.
Today, European football's governing body has confirmed the match schedule for the tournament as Dublin prepares to host three matches in Group E as well as one round of 16 game.

Monday June 16 2020 - Group E match
Friday June 19 2020 - Group E match

Tuesday June 30 2020 - Round of 16 match (Winner Group D v Runner-Up Group F)

Of course, Ireland has to qualify for the thing first but here's hoping we'll be able to support the Boys In Green on home soil in two summer's time. More information (and a fun wallchart) can be found here.
