One man has died following a fire on Grove Road in Rathmines this morning.
The blaze was reported to emergency services at about 8am.
Three people were rushed from the scene to St James' Hospital and one man was later pronounced dead.
The other two people remain in hospital and but their injuries are not thought to be serious.
Grove Road remains closed and diversions are in place in the area.
Fire crews say the blaze has been extinguished and all of the people in the building have been accounted for.
