€3,950,000 for a modern mansion overlooking Dublin Bay is one thing.
But €900 for a month in a tiny 'studio apartment' is total madness.
Yes, the location is unreal, almost right beside the canal, the Barge and Charlemont Luas stop - not to mention being only a stone's throw away from both town and Ranelagh Village.
But this room for €900?! Insanity.
The 'studio apartment' is available for move in immediately, with no minimum lease.
Rent includes internet access, cable TV signal and waste collection - in fairness?
It's couple-friendly - which would make a steal at €450 each - if it weren't tiny.
