Life in the big shmoke can get fairly stressful, so it's important to carve out some time just for yourself.
Lots of people relax by going for walks or doing yoga, but for me, my absolute favourite thing is getting a massage.
Last week I tried a hot stone massage for the first time - and man, it was a whole other level.
The stones warm up your muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
I was so relaxed I fell asleep - and I'm not sure how long I was out, but I was definitely snoring...
Massages can be expensive but the clinic I went to, Coogan Bergin on Wicklow Street, wasn't too pricey.
It's €55 for a deluxe hot stone massage that lasts an indulgent hour and 15 minutes.
Ask for Grainne if you can - she's absolutely lovely.
It would be a really nice Christmas present for a stressed out friend or family member - or just a treat for yourself after a tough week!
