Saoirse Ronan Has Just Put Her Howth Home On The Market — Take A Look Inside

Irish Hollywood star Saoirse Ronan has put her home in the heart of Howth on the market.

The modern home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac right at Howth village and is just a stone's throw from the sea. 

The two-time Oscar nominee bought the three-bedroom terrace house at the start of 2013 with a price tag of €334,000. Now four years later, the Ladybird star has put the stunning house on sale for €495,000.

The back garden is charming and bright with blue patio decking and chairs. And wIth shops and seafood restaurants within short walking distance, there's plenty going for this place.

The Independent reported that Saoirse Ronan recently purchased a house for more than €1 million down the coast in Greystones in Wicklow, so the star's definitely moving up in the world.
