Pine Lodge can be found on Carrickbrack Road on Howth Hill – only a stone's throw from Howth Summit itself. 

And I cannot think of a better place to live.

Imagine getting to wake up to one of the best views in all of Ireland. Every. Single. Day.

Goals.

This gaff sits on about 1.7 acres of priiiiime real estate. Sweeping gardens, patios and a sun terrace to the rear with sea views that would bring a tear to your eye. 

This dining area is built into the ground – pretty cool.

If you're into that kind of thing...

It has not one, but two helicopter pads.

So you'll have plenty of space to park both of yours.

It also has an unreal indoor swimming pool – you'll never need to leave the house again.

The interior throughout is pretty fucking naff. Like one sitting room is all modern and the next looks like something straight out of Fawlty Towers.

But I'd be happy if I even had two sitting rooms. 

There are two self-contained guest suites ideal for guests, au pairs or to make into a granny flat for nana. 

Ideal.

The kitchen is by far the best part, bar the views.

Look at the size of it.
