€800 a month certainly does seem steep for a studio apartment in Glasnevin.
But honestly?
We've seen a lot worse for a lot more.

But back to the matter at hand - this apartment that's significantly less shite than other ridic 'studio apartments' for rent in Dublin right now.
This one's located on Ballymun Road, Glasnevin - an easily accessible area from town, right beside DCU.
It's available for a minimum one year lease.
It looks cleaner, more modern and waaaay more spacious than some we've seen in recent times - so that's a plus.
The €800, however, ain't such a plus, but this does include bins and wifi.
It's described as being a "self-contained room in a family home that accommodates one person."
It has a newly-fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.
