A chocolate yoga event will take place this Sunday and will be the ideal exercise for anyone who enjoys the soothing effect that yoga brings along with the healing powers of chocolate.
The event will take the form of a cacao ceremony which is basically a healing ritual that is said to 'help to rebalance the energies within us, restore good health and open us up.' Cacao is a plant medicine from Guatemala and attendees will be combining its soothing powers with 'slow relaxing yoga asana with an internal heart focus.'
The event will allow you to 'shed your summer skin and settle into winter' and the yoga will take the form of a smooth Yin class working with the cacao to bring you into deep relaxation & awareness. You're probably feeling more relaxed just reading that.
