You Can Make These Unbelievable Chocolate S’More Bars With Absolutely No Baking Required

Now for some food porn, to whet that appetite for lunch.

This recipe for No-Bake S'more Bars was posted on the ever brilliant food blog, Annie's Noms, and it looks positively scrumptious.

You might remember we posted another recipe from the same blog a few weeks ago for a Salted Caramel Oreo Skillet Cookie which was equally decadent.

S'mores are a layer of crushed biscuits and a layer of melted chocolate, with some toasted marshmallows on top.

What you'll need: 2 cups (240g) digestive crumbs, 1 stick (113g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled, 1 cup (175g) milk chocolate, 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate, 20-30 large white marshmallows (depends on the size).

What to do: spray an 8x8 inch square pan with cooking spray. Pour your slightly cooled melted butter over the digestive crumbs and stir. Tip into your greased pan and create into an even layer.

Then, place milk and dark chocolate into a heatproof bowl and place in the microwave in 20 second increments until all the chocolate is melted. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Pour over your biscuit layer and create a smooth layer of chocolate. Place marshmallows onto the melted chocolate in rows until the chocolate layer is completely covered. Leave to cool for 30 minutes, before putting in the fridge to set, for 3-4 hours.

Once set, either place under the grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the marshmallows are brown and crunchy on top. You can then slice it into bars.

These No-Bake S'more Bars are perfect when they're warm, the chocolate a little melted and the marshmallows gooey, after being slightly warmed in the microwave.
